Transferring Information
In order to enroll at Walker
Valley the following information is required:
1. Proof of residence:
Student MUST reside in the Walker Valley Zone.
2. Proof that the student lives
with a legal parent or guardian.
3. Transcript(s) of all years in
high school indicating grades and credits earned
4. Tennessee certificate of
immunization
5. Copy of Social Security card.
6. Copy of withdrawal from
previous school
7. Completed release of
information form
8. Disclosure of court,
discipline, or psychiatric information from any agency or health problems which
the school nurse should be informed.
** ANY student transferring from
a non-accredited school is subject to a comprehensive writing examination for
each course they wish to receive credit. **
